A huge cooking pleasure: The culinary hub for those with many hungry mouths to feed, the 60-inch Pro Grand® Commercial Depth Dual Fuel Steam Range boasts a 24-inch griddle and 27 Easy Cook® food programs. The warming drawer keeps up to ten plates warm for guests.

Powerful downdraft extraction: Guided air technology forms an air curtain behind the slim glass panel, which rises from within the countertop. It optimizes air flow and ensures fumes and odors from all cooking zones are extracted downwards into the table fan.

Dishwashing

A place for everything: The latest PerfectDry dishwashers from Bosch effortlessly remove even dried-on food thanks to the innovative Extra Clean Zone. An additional third rack increases the dishwasher capacity by 25 percent. It’s ideal for small items such as espresso cups or small plastic bowls, which are held securely in place to keep them from flipping over.

Time travel specialists: All appliances of Siemens’ new dishwasher generation are smart and updatable. Thanks to varioSpeed on demand, nearly all programs can be sped up remotely, even when they’re already running.

Sustainably dry: Since 2008, BSH has used Zeolith silicate in its dishwashers. The natural mineral extracts moisture and releases it as heat. This immensely improves the drying process while drastically reducing electricity consumption.

Customized innovations for China: In 2018, Siemens launched the first dishwashers optimized for the Chinese market. Due to lack of space in small kitchens, many Chinese consumers use the space in the dishwasher for storage. Therefore, a fan with the supply of fresh external air enables a maximum storage time of 96 hours.

Fresh by design: For the North American market, Bosch designed and developed a completely new French door bottom mount refrigeration line. The sleek appliances excel in function, design and freshness, addressing the three main consumer needs in the region.

Everything within reach: Preserving food, fruits and vegetables is the starting point for creating special flavors and dishes in the kitchen. Pitsos’ 70-cm XXL fridge-freezers keep everything within reach, so consumers can easily make their favorite dishes.

Food stocks at a glance: Two cameras inside the refrigerator take a photo each time the door is closed. This image is then encrypted and sent directly to a person’s smartphone via the Home Connect app. That’s how consumers always know what’s in their refrigerator.

Storing food correctly: Whether vegetables, meat or dairy, different foods should be stored in different places in the refrigerator. The Home Connect app knows where each item goes and can adjust the temperature in the refrigerator accordingly.

Washing and Drying

Active oxygen neutralizes smells: Effectively and gently eliminating odors or germs on sensitive and non-washable fabrics has never been easier. Siemens’ sensoFresh active oxygen system neutralizes smells in just 30 to 45 minutes, without any water or detergent.

Eco-friendliness at its best: In 2015, BSH first used the natural refrigerant propane in its heat pump dryers, making these appliances much kinder to the environment. The efficient drying technology reuses warm air to continue drying clothes, reducing energy consumption by over 60 percent compared with conventional condenser dryers.
